Terms Of Service

Clear Scope For A Managed Website Service

These terms set a practical baseline for first Presence clients: clear deliverables, honest expectations, transparent payment terms, and no guaranteed business outcomes.

What Presence Provides

A written quote or service order should always confirm the final scope for each client.

Website Setup

Presence can include page structure, content setup, visual styling, mobile checks, domain connection support, SSL, publishing, and launch support.

Managed Updates

Monthly service can include agreed text, image, offer, price, and page updates. Larger redesigns, custom features, and integrations are quoted separately.

Demo Access

Temporary demos use sample content so prospects can understand the workflow. A private client workspace is created after the agreement is accepted and the first invoice is paid.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, lawful content, required permissions for images and logos, timely feedback, and payment according to the quote.

Payments, Ownership, And Changes

Each client quote confirms the final package, billing terms, update allowance, and any project-specific details.

Payment

Setup fees, monthly fees, due dates, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules should be written in the client quote before work begins.

Ownership

Clients remain responsible for their business content, logos, images, claims, prices, and legal accuracy. RealmBlocks retains its platform code, templates, and tooling.

Changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, timeline, or monthly plan change.

Important

Clear Expectations For Business Results

Presence improves the public website experience and publishing process, but business results depend on many factors outside the platform. Any SEO, lead capture, privacy, cookie, or conversion support is practical support, not a guaranteed business outcome or legal result.
